When Francisco Ramon-Borja founded his first factory it was the middle of the 20th
century. At that time he was the third generation of a family that had been dedicated to
the manufacture of clay roof tiles since 1899.
Today, Tejas Borja tiles can be found throughout the world carrying on the traditions of
beautiful, durable clay roof tiles in a variety of cultures and in a vast array of climates and
site conditions.

We understand the importance of being available when you need professional advice
for individual projects and sites. We know that working closely with our customers is a
critical component of our service to each of them, and turns the professional relationship
into a very positive and productive collaboration.
Before and after sales service
At Tejas Borja, we are committed to service both before AND after the sale of our products.
After our roof tiles have been installed, we closely monitor the completed project
for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Our training
We are available to provide hands-on training at our local distributors’ offices. We know
how important it is to maintain a positive and informative link with the installers using our
products. We are also available to the Architectural community in the form of “box-lunch”
presentations, to review tile roofing specifications and writing specifications for any special
roof tile project. And, with Studio Borja, we can custom-make tiles, colors and finishes
to enhance the outcome of your next project.

We firmly believe that exhaustive quality control in all phases of production is essential
for our products. We are the only company that checks each and every one of the
completed roof tiles before the final packaging. Even after production and packaging
is complete, we randomly select from finished pallets to inspect the tiles again and
make sure we are meeting our own high quality standards.
